See who is working

When the floor is busy you want one screen: who is in, who is on break, how large the roster is.

Open Dashboard. It is the first page after sign-in.

Dashboard with people on shift
XYZ Restaurant on a Sunday: 12 on shift, 0 in break, 165 contacts.

The three tiles

Tile Meaning
On shift now Checked in today and not checked out yet (uses your Settings End of day)
In break Started a break today and has not ended it
Contacts Total people and how many are Active

The green pill in the top bar is the same on shift now count.

The working-now list

Under the tiles is Employees working now: name, employee number, check-in time, department.

Click a row (not the note icon) to open that person’s contact card without leaving Dashboard.

Contact card opened from Dashboard
Click a working-now row. Close the card and you are still on Dashboard. Report jumps to Contacts Report.

From that card you can call, text, open WhatsApp, leave a note, or open Report.

Period arrows

The week (or two weeks / month) next to the title follows Settings Default report view. Long-break counts on this page use that window. Who is “on shift now” is always today, not the whole week.

If the list is empty

Nobody has an open check-in after your end-of-day cutoff, or everyone already has a checkout record. Confirm people are punching on an Authorized workstation and that Active on punch clock is on.

Next: Watch and control breaks.
