Open Pay Runs after you freeze a week from Timesheet.

Pay Runs list
Pay run cards. Amount, person, period, and status live on each card.

What you do here

  • Open a card to see the frozen lines
  • Mark Paid, Verified, or Canceled
  • Filter by status, date, or person
  • Load more if you have more than 36

You do not create a pay run on this screen. Create is only Save pay run on Timesheet.

Status

Status Meaning
(none / open) Frozen, not settled
Paid You paid this receipt
Verified Checked against the week
Canceled Ignore for Operation Report money

Created time shows on the card.

Open the run. Money on screen uses the same dollar format as Timesheet (grouping by language). The stored amount is the snapshot from the day you saved.
