Install the manager app

You can add the manager to a phone or desktop home screen. That is a PWA (the same site, its own window).

On iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open the manager Login in Safari (not inside another app’s browser).
  2. Share → Add to Home Screen.
  3. Open the new icon. Sign in.

A normal Safari tab is still the browser. Only the home-screen icon is the installed app. Activity logs show Browser vs Installed from that window type.

On Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Login in Chrome.
  2. Menu → Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Open the icon and sign in.

Updates

When we ship a new version, an installed copy can show Update app in Settings. Tap it so the device picks up the new files.

Do not add a second Punch Clock “install” unless you want that tablet to be a kiosk. Punch Clock is a different page (PunchClock.html).
