Company profile and settings

Two different screens. Do not look for the company address in Settings.

My Account — who you are

My Account (left bar, above Settings) is the company identity: legal name, work phone, email, website, address, and a contact person.

My Account form
My Account. Edit, change the company name, Save. The sidebar subtitle updates.

Account ID at the top is read-only. That is the number the floor device types when it authorizes. Do not expect a Tax ID or logo here in this version.

Settings — how time is counted

Settings is clocks, week start, overtime-style rules, timezone, language, Users, and password.

Settings
Settings. End of day, beginning of week, break minutes, timezone. Language is on this screen.

Useful fields:

Setting Effect
End of day When “today” starts for on-shift counts
Beginning of week Timesheet arrows
Default report view Week / two weeks / month
Discount break for totals Net hours vs raw hours
Count spread hours + # Extra pay when a day is long enough
Break time (minutes) Long-break flag on Dashboard
Timezone Session clock
Language English or Spanish on this browser

Hours / Count hours are saved but do not drive Timesheet overtime yet. Do not treat them as a live 40-hour engine.

Users

From Settings, Users opens manager logins for this account (admin only).

Users module
Users. Add another manager for XYZ Restaurant. This is not the employee roster.

Employees stay in Contacts. Users are people who sign in to the manager.

Password

Settings → Change admin password. Old, new, repeat. Use whatever message the server returns.
